1. HuNoV疫苗、单域抗体及其入侵机制探究:利用前期构建的HuNoV感染性克隆及其感染模型,制备灭活HuNoV及其saRNA,期望获得具有很好保护效果的HuNoV疫苗;开发HuNoV特异性检测、功能性抗体等,为HuNoV引发的季节性群体性急性肠胃炎提供新的防治干预手段;建立可视化标记的HuNoV,动态示踪HuNoV进入细胞的全过程,以期发现HuNoV入侵受体或辅助受体,从而找到干预HuNoV感染的靶标。2. 建立和完善基序免疫诱导和植物表达系统的技术平台:基于植物表达系统成本低、产量高、安全性强等特点,前期已利用该系统制备了多个单域抗体,后期拟对以上平台技术进一步完善和优化,相关技术和产品可应用于其它高致病性病毒的诊防治。
