主要围绕重要高致病性病毒,包括克里米亚-刚果出血热病毒CCHFV、新冠病SARS-CoV-2、脾传脑炎病毒TBEV等开展了致病机制研究及小分子药物和单抗研发。在新冠病毒、高致病性布尼亚病毒CCHFV及大DNA病毒感染机制及药物研究中取得了一系列重要研究成果。以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Cell Res、Nat Commun、Cell Discov、Adv Sci、JACS、PLoS Pathog、J Virol、Antiviral Res等国际期刊上共发表论文70余篇。
