主要从事嗜神经疱疹病毒(HSV、CMV、VZV)的基础和应用研究。包括:1)构建工具病毒,建立可视化感染模型,解析嗜神经疱疹病毒致神经损伤机制。2)改造病毒:研发神经环路示踪工具(产业化);研发新型疫苗(公司合作);研发溶瘤和基因治疗大容量病毒载体。
